Gurumeher Kaur
Teacher / Sound Healer / Studio Head
Gurumeher Kaur was raised in a household by two Kundalini yoga teachers and has been immersed in the yogic lifestyle her entire life. She attended school in India, where yoga, meditation and other spiritual practices were part of the daily curriculum. Her time in India shifted her world view and left a lasting impression. The most profound takeaway from living in an underdeveloped country was a lifelong sense of gratitude and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures, as well as a deeper understanding of the human experience.
After her time in India, she completed the KRI Level One Teachers Training Program as well as Level Two- Life cycles & Lifestyles and Conscious Communication. She currently manages Cosmic Flow in addition to teaching regular Kundalini and sound healing classes. Gurumeher translates to teacher of compassion, and it is her mission to share the life changing technology of Kundalini yoga and meditation with others. She also offers Private Yogic Counseling sessions for those looking to make conscious shifts in their lives.
When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time out in nature with her pets and her partner. She has always loved animals and is grateful to have been raised vegetarian. As an adult she made the conscious decision to become vegan. Her mantra is to “live with an attitude of gratitude.”

What People are Saying-
-
“ This is the weirdest, most uncomfortable, and BEST thing I've done for myself in years. The classes are all different and at first bizarre, I usually want to run out 10-15 min into class. I mean c'mon, chanting and yelling mixed with yoga?? The funny part is that I have way less anxiety and am living more calm and grateful. The teachers are all amazing… all super kind and non-judgmental. ”
—Scott Irwin
-
